Could also mean that all the talented freshman have sparked some competition, making the returning players better. Most are competitive and the bigger the challenge the harder they work

I say the deep ball because the offense wasn't successful in this area in previous years. Will Dural or Leslie become the Rueben Randall that has been missing?

Tahji & DJ are critical if we are going to play at that elite level. I have no fear about the Secondary.

Yea those guys looked shaky EARLY on in there careers. They were freshman and sophomores when they looked shaky. Welter is going into his 4th year in the program and is still shaky.

we really won't know until play starts, but it's possible that Chief sees the unit as a whole to be a better unit with Barrow on the outside and Welter making the calls in the middle vs. moving Barrow inside. Someone posted during camp that it appeared that Welter's job was to basically occupy blockers to free Barrow and Jones up to make plays. So his stats may be low, but the overall effectiveness of the unit may be better.

... no J. Brazil on return teams ?? Miles been saying all camp that JB very impressive, will see playing time , and got to see the field ?
