If you're coming out to Seattle, we welcome you and look forward to sharing a beverage with y'all.

Thought I'd give you some advice on the weather if you plan to make the trip.

Game day weather calls for showers and a game time temp of around 58 I'm guessing. Expect showers but our rain is different that what you get. Typically cold and more misty than the heavier showers you get down there. The cooler temps also get into your bones a bit more when it rains rather than being refreshing.

Usually it doesn't rain for long periods in early September but if you do get wet at the beginning of the game you'll be miserable for the rest of the evening so bring something to wear to keep dry. Even those plastic rain fly's will help you stay dry. LINK

If you're out here and want to buy something a bit nicer, the flagship REI store in downtown Seattle has some excellent and durable gear. LINK

Have fun

After practicing in the tropics, the Tigs will be frisky and will be flyin' to the ball.

Those are some great temps for this time of the year. Could do without the showers but lower 50's for the game is perfect.

Sounds a lot like what we experience in Nov/Dec timeframe.

Seattle is heaven right now compared to the 96-and-humid days here.
