Restate the goals of the football program publically That statement should essentially say that the measure of this program is both SEC and ultimately National Championships.
Unless or until the stated goal is changed we will continue to get the same product.
Unless or until the stated goal is changed we will continue to get the same product.

That same product is making money hand over fist for the university.

In Les Miles tenure, only two programs have been to more NCG. Unfortunately one is bama, the other OSU. STFU.

AD: Our official position at LSU is that losing sucks.

As bad as you might think Miles might be, do you really want Aleva picking our next coach?

Isn't it generally understood that the goal of any big time college football program is to win at the highest levels? I'm not sure what stating this publicly would accomplish, other than stating the obvious.

Precisely.
Currently the program achieves its goals each year.
I would like the AD to set goals by which he can be measured.
And no i dont want Alleva to hire our next coach

This would be a merely symbolic gesture, full of sound and fury - but at the end of the day, signifying nothing.
