LSU fans in paris

i am on about day 11 of a 15 day trip all over europe and today was my first day in paris. i was wearing my lsu baseball tshirt out and i got a "Geaux tigers" from someone and we had a conversation. i was happy to finally see someone from the usa, let alone louisiana. later on, i met a whole tour group from mandeville after they yelled "geaux tigers." finally, i just got back from seeing the eiffel tower, and while i was on top of the tower i met a family of lsu fans from south louisiana. just thought it was cool. glad to see some lsu fans thousands of miles away.

Never been to Asia or Africa, but I've gotten a "Geaux Tigers" on every continent. Always fun. I'm usually wearing my LSU cap.

I have gotten "geaux tigers" in some of the most unlikely places...once in Budaphest, Hungary I am eating in a little cafe...hungarian working there sees my cap and hurries into the kitchen....comes back out, sets a bottle of tobasco on the table and says "geaux tigers"....come to find out, she spoke no other english!.....

To the OP, glad you're having a great time. I remember getting a "Geaux Tigers" along the Seine right by Il-de-France a few summers ago; it made my day!
