Apparently the coaches were pissed at how soft the second string defensive backs played during the last scrimmage. This drill today was their reward.

ouch. Had to do that one saturday morning after a loss in highschool and coach found out we had gotten hammered afterwards. A lot of that, eye openers, suicides, etc. Lesson Learned: don't pick up the phone for a number you don't recognize at 5 in the morning

I love it! Those are the drills that start fights and end up making everyone better and tougher.

From HS experience, when working on defense, the offense used to hold us so we could learn to still get off...think coach just want to have an answer for that game time excuse

Collins was a beast in that drill.

But i doubt he puts forth that effort every play, or he probably wouldnt be in that drill

I just read they put him through it multiple times today to "toughen him up"
