My current Uverse guide shows the game on SECA in Houston. The SEC main network still shows the Florida game

That is correct. The game is on the SEC Alternate channel.

The guide may not have changed by now and may still be the same by gametime, but the Tigers will be on the SEC Network and not the alternate.

I think these guides are put in so far in advance, that they likely won't change it a couple of days before a game.
