Kentucky and Duke play "one and done" very well....but how many championships heve they won in the past 6 years with one and done. LSU tried it and it was a dismal failure, not because of the coach-but because of the player we picked to lead us. He wasnt a leader and didnt much care if LSU won or lost. Not defending JJ, and he needs to be gone-but its not all his fault. He tried the one and done, and it backfired...and the repercussions are glaring. I hope we get a coach that builds teams and character....and the wins will come. Will we ever be in the Kentucky/Duke/NC/Kansas class...No-but they will never be in the same class with us on the gridiron.

Kentucky gets theee top 10 players every year. We got one, with a borderline second once. Do you really think its the same thing? Do you think their backups are really the same as ours?

and for Old tiger, Ive forgot more about basketball than you
will ever know...I watche Pete play, and was there when Dale came in.....both were exciting times...and Pete is my favorite of all time-but Dale brought consistent winning and final 4....miss that. wont happen at LSU with one and done-especially when your one and doner is a loser...

The Simmons blaming is pathetic.
A 20 year old, who hasn't been on campus in nearly a year, has nothing to do with this team being 1-14 in conference.

duh...the kids out their now were recruited to support simmons in "our season of glory"...little did anyone know that he wasnt good enough to take us to the big dance, much less sweet 16/elite 8/or final 4.....Philadelphia will see next year....Bet hes on the trading block by midseason. winners are just that and losers are named ben...
