That loss to Old Dominion may not look too bad on Lsu's resume after all.Old Dominion just beat 14th ranked VCU.

looks better now then when they got waxed the game right after beating us.

They are a veteran and experienced team. A team I still think we could have beaten, but Mickey didn't show up.

A veteran team like ODU tends to handle Shaka's full court pressure better and make him pay for it. I can envision them scoring alot of over the top press breaks.

I'm certainly discouraged after that poor holiday tournament showing.

But I do think miracle is a little strong. While beating West Virginia does not seem likely right now, I would not call it a miracle and it would put us in a good position.

But I do have concerns about CJJ getting this collection of players to play to the best of their abilities.
