I don't think anyone is surprised we're not missing a beat without javi...and the massive improvement on the basepath.
On the recruiting front the big 1B we signed out of Delgado is smashing it over .400 this year as well. Dude is 6'4, 200.

Look at some of the SEC only stats. We are dominating all over those as well.

Probably 99%
Mainieri hasn't had a JUCO signee go pro that I can recall off the top of my head. I think Mainieri sees this guy as our starting 1B next season because neither Zardon or Chinea are spectacular there.
Edit - Remember 1 JUCO signee who went pro, the tall pitcher from a few years ago I think (Pallamino?)

Lucas Leblanc '10 OF went pro but it was a combination of off the field stuff (why he signed) more than just where he was selected.
Yes, there's been a couple of signees here or there out of JUCO that will sign. I think Adams ends up at LSU and starting 1B next year.
