How is anyone striking out more people than Lange.. Guess ONLY 6 against Arky hurt his average..

If I had to guess (without looking up the stats) I'd say that you have a few closers that have a higher K/9. I'd be surprised to see anyone with more Ks than Lange that also consistently go 7-8 innings.
Just a guess. Could be wrong.

Good work, strong stats. I hope this translates into the second half of the season. How do yall think we do this weekend against Bama?
Posted on 4/1/15 at 8:44 pm to bayoubengal225
If I had to guess, I'd say we win 2 out of 3. After this weekend, though, it's hard to predict anything. I feel good about taking the series if we can get solid outings from all 3 starters, so hopefully Godfrey will bounce back.

Can you keep doing this every week? Thx

This is great news! Do you have any information on how our guys rank in SEC play only?
Posted on 4/1/15 at 10:11 pm to tadelatt
The walks per 9 and the fielding percentage are worrying, more so the walks per 9.

LSU was two once in a lifetime plays away from sweeping the series. They'll get all the breaks one weekend soon and get a sweep to make up the 2/3 losses.

Don't come in here with facts, Joshua.
Posted on 4/1/15 at 10:29 pm to BayouBengals18
Look closer. Hitting stats are pretty. Our pitching stats have some gaps that need to be filled or we could suffer some bad falls.
Posted on 4/1/15 at 10:34 pm to josh336
Now that I think about fielding has gotten much better since conference play started. I guess some of the three error games earlier in the year really stuck with me.
Posted on 4/1/15 at 10:36 pm to Dizz
Well, foster and chinea have improved, and bregs has been so good. He has improved a ton defensively
Posted on 4/1/15 at 10:38 pm to The Boat
I'd love to go 5-1 against the Alabama schools in these next two series, that would put us right back on track. We're definitely capable of pulling off a sweep, hopefully it happens soon.
Posted on 4/1/15 at 10:53 pm to CheerWhine
We're going to need a couple sweeps if A&M keeps up the pace they're on. Hell, sweeping them in would be ideal.
Posted on 4/1/15 at 11:12 pm to Dizz
I think it was last night, Rollins said we've walked 7 batters with the bases loaded.
