Anyone have any recommendations of a good place to watch the game in San Francisco?

Northstar near Telegraph Hill. It's a small dive joint, but they have a good LSU crowd and play the LSU fight Song everytime LSU scores.

Alumni used to go to the Bus Stop on Union St when we lived there, but that was almost 10 yrs ago. I think they moved. Check the Bay Area alumni page. It will probably point you in the right direction or at least give you contact info to find out.

Also, The Final Final is a good old school sports bar near Van Ness/The Presidio. Not an alumni joint though. I think The other poster is correct...Northstar is the new place.

Went there for the Ole Miss game. Good crowd. They don't serve food though.

I have watched a Saints game at Voodoo lounge on Van Ness and Lombard street. It was an excellent game experience

Would be nice to have crowd in the South or East Bay.
Been to the Sports Page in Mountain View near and usually has different teams take over. Partied with some great Wisky fans there a few weeks ago and the Gheytors alumi are there every other weekend as well.
Overall good friendly/competitive environment if you can't make it somewhere else.

Love how people come on here to post "where to watch" BS posts just to brag to others that they are traveling. Pretty sure every sports bar will have this on, but at 5:00 there won't be a lot of people packing the place...

We will be in San Francisco this weekend. Had a trip planned before we figured out the game schedule. We will definitely look up one of those joints. frick Bama!!

I'm coming into town myself this weekend to catch some old Radiators pals play at The Brick and Mortar Thursday thru Saturday. It'll be a good place to party after we trash UGump.
