My only difference is I believe LSU is even on the offensive line an receivers.

I doubt we're even on the Oline.

But our RBs aren't going against theirs and it's not a QB competition.

Game will be won in the trenches. Our O-line doesn't have to knock their D line off the ball, just protect Etling long enough for him to make them respect the pass and keep us out of 3rd and longs.

Our D line needs to play similar to the way we played Johnny Football. Keep him in the pocket and not let him beat us with his legs.

DL slight to bama? Bamas DL is off the charts better than LSU outside of Key. Our OL will have their hands full

Bama solid advantage - dline
Bama advantage - LB (has a lot to do with coaching)
Bamas advantage - QB (the scheme, Kiffin, & running ability)
Bama advantage - oline
Bama slight advantage - TE/WR

Those add up to a pretty strong case for Bama. But, LSU has the voodoo mix of several intangibles.

We shall see.

Then you explain based off both teams, how LSU DL is comparable to Bama. I'm not saying We aren't good on DL, but you can't deny how dominate they have looked.

These comparisons are pointless. It's about matchups, Dline vs Oline, etc

Personally some of you guys are wanting to turn this into a David in Golaith type game. It's simply not the case. LSU has a good offensive line who is comparable to bama. The receivers talent wise probably favor LSU but it's close . These are opinions an quite frankly your opinion is like mine. Doesn't mean shite. Just line up an play baby.

Special Teams might be the difference. If that's the case, advantage LSU.

Poor way to compare to determine the outcome of a game. Better way is

Bama DL vs LSU OL - BIG advantage Bama
LSU backfield vs Bama LB - Push. LF/Guice are great but so are Bama's LB, and Etling is decent but doesn't scare you
LSU WR vs Bama DB- slight advantage Bama.

LSU DL vs Bama OL - push
LSU LB vs Bame backfield - LSU
LSU DB vs Bama WR - LSU

Pretty even except Bama's Dline vs our Oline is the difference maker, imo.
