LSU backers would be absolutely insane to buy out Miles/assistants now.

Some may say money is no issue, but ~20 mil to buy this staff out is an outrageous amount of money just to get them out of here right now. You're really telling me a change is worth that much?

You can sit here and blame Miles all you want, but to me this whole twitter world level outrage all stems from the fact that no one wants to accept the fact that this team isn't as good as we all thought. Do people realize how soft our schedule was before Alabama?

We played about two true starting QB's and our defense continued to give up big play after big play. Our offense was Leonard Fournette and that was it. Harris has made progress but he is a first time starting true sophomore in the SEC. Did anyone honestly think he was going to come out gunslinging and lighting everyone up?

The last few games has shown to me what everyone thought we'd be preseason. a 9-3 or so team. Why is it all of a sudden some gigantic outrage we've lost games and we're all of a sudden willing to spend 20 million to get the guy out of here? Who are you even going to get?

It would be a disaster of epic proportions for LSU to push Miles out right now and he deserves next season with a team that will be much more experienced to prove he can get it done.

We don't have a choice now, with this story out there, we will get slaughtered on the recruiting trail.

You do realize Harris is a soph, right?

Harris is a sophomore. That said, I agree. This was probably always going to be a 3 loss team.

you know what will cost us more in the long term? waiting. waiting will cost us donations and season tickets, it will cost us bowl money and it will take years to rebuild once the infection of miles sets in.

This is a shining example of the people that support Miles. They can't tell you what year our QB is and they probably couldn't tell you our SEC record since 2013 (8-7 for those scoring at home).
