i dont like the yellow helmet
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE..someone try and make the clemson Uni, but in purple and gold, if LSU wore those it would look so good!

Its essentially the same color scheme as the Gators, except they have orange helmets, blue jerseys, and white pants.

My fear, is that if they change the color of the helmets, they may decide to change the decal on the helmet to something like... TOONCES!!!!!!!

well..they're changing the color of the helmets for this weekend, and they're not changing the logo, so why the paranoia?

I did....as well as a few other peeps in the athletic department...i think if we can get a concensious on these two...or at least which one is the best of both we might get this snowball rolling....i like them both equal...but i think the masses like the all white better....i want to seriously get this done....lets see how far we can take this

Not really paranoia.. the white helmets are for this weekend only. But LSU did spend around 400k for the toonces design, and it would be hard to believe they would spend all of that money any not use toonces on the uniform somewhere.

i'd love to see what our traditional pants and helmets would look like w/ a lighter purple jersey with no shoulder stripes (color like washington's)

The day Toonces is anywhere on the uniform. I'm not sure exactly what I'll do. Maybe a march to Skips office and protest like the Jena 6.

I also remember someone posted a helmet with some ugly arse design. I can't remember if Toonces was on it or not.
