LSU a number 3 seed in the dance?

Could LSU get a number 3 seed? If they win out I think they have a shot.
LSU is ranked number 18 now. If they beat UK they should move up to number 15. If LSU wins the next two games they should move up to number 13. If LSU wins the SEC tournment I would predict LSU to move up to number 10 in both polls.
Hopefully, LSU's SOS and RPI rankings will be good enough to get a 3 seed or at worst a 4 seed. I think they will look at LSU's long win streak, regular season conference championship, and SEC tournment championship. All of this equals a 3 seed in my opinion.

Our SOS will still be pretty bad, but our RPI could certainly sneak into the teens I'd imagine

I think if LSU wins out, including winning the SEC tournament, they will get a 3 seed. Even if we lost in the finals of the SEC tournament I think a 3 is possible.

The Xavier lost hurts LSU's chances the most in my opinion.

we won't win the SEC tounament. I'm not hatin' on the team or anything, but we never do well in the tourney. Plus, other teams will have more to play for than us. Hopefully they prove me wrong.

If LSU wins out, including the Tourny, LSU will be a 2 seed, at WORST a 3 seed. We will be top 8-10 in the polls, and have a top 10-15 RPI. Add in the fact that a 16+ game win streak to end the season is the kind of thing that the selection committee rewards.

Don't worry, as long as we score more points than they do during the game, we should be alright. HOWEVER, if they score more than we do... we could be in some serious trouble.
