LSU on radio in Houston

Tomorrow, I' m going to be traveling on I-10 west thru SW La. into Houston during gametime. I looked on LSU sports.net and found a rafio ststion in Lake Charles. Is there radio coverage in Houston?

dude. stop somewhere and watch. unless there's a heart in the back that needs to get to a patient I don't think there are many excuses.

Somewhat of a situation where time is of the essence. Have to be somewhere in houston by 7pm and can't leave NOLA until 1pm. So I won't have time to stop and watch.

sports radio 610 AM will have it if you can't catch WWL all the way. Usually you can catch the lake charles feed until beaumont and catch 610 am from there on in to town.

I don't think there is a station that carries LSU in Houston. I've searched in the past. 1560 AM used to, but they quit after 2008 (I think) and switched to Oklahoma. Then switched again to Rice.
Try the following:
If you have a good AM receiver, you can pick up WWL 870 AM from Houston, especially after dark.
Scan the AM dial also, its possible the SEC CG will be carried on Westwood One or some other national broadcast.

also that is a CBS radio station. so any of their affiliates should be carrying it as well. I don't know who is doing the broadcast though.

they don't always carry them I just heard them advertising it this week. They have carried them several times this year though. Its good to be good.
