I thought when teams both have byes, and it's obviously a huge game and not Buffalo vs. ECU, they'll release the line early?

The money is going to come in on Bama if it's that low.

I think there are ways to see an early line but I'm not sure it's common practice to take bets when the game is 2 weeks away...could have an injury or a Bama player could get arrested

At least 6 or 7. You get 3 for a home game. But I think we win. Coker sucks

If it starts that high it'll move quick.

The early lines had it around 7 for bama last week, as high as 8. With another poor performance offensively, and another impressive performance offensively by LSU...I could see it closer to 5 or 6. I doubt it will be any less. Remember this is driven off of betting sentiment....and most out there feel that bama is the better team, and then you have the 3 or so home points.....

You want to make money.....I may lose my arse....but oh well. I feel very strongly about this game.

I'm taking the points for 500 and then betting LSU straight up for 500....that should probably pay about 2.5 to 1 for straight up if LSU wins.

I'll say Bama -5 initially and -3.5 by game time.

It will probably open Bama -7. That being said, Bama in their last 8 at Bryant Denny are 1-7 ats
