It is great to see a former Tiger doing well in the Major leagues. So far this year, Louis Coleman has pitched 14.2 consecutive scoreless innings for the Royals. During this time, he has 17 Ks with only 2 BBs and is 1-0. Dating back to the last time he gave up an earned run in the 2012 season, he has pitched 19.2 consecutive scoreless innings with 27 Ks and only 3 BBs.

So crazy how good of a pitcher he became. His first two seasons at LSU were pretty forgettable

His first season was actually pretty good. Then he got hurt and couldn't pitch worth shite for 2 years. Switched him to sidearm and that didn't work out so well.

It wasn't that great, but in that smoldering fire of a pitching staff he was probably the third or fourth best arm. That staff really struggled.

Here's the Proof

Derik Olvey, ladies and gentlemen.
