Can't people see how different they are from one another? Miles has produced 3 un-prepared teams in a row. Miles teams have gotten spanked 3 games-in-a-row. I could go on, but you get the point on how poor they showed up (or failed to show up).

The 25% brain-dead analyst faction is alive and well. These people couldn't think their way out of a wet paper bag.

We see it

It's no longer the losses, it's how we are losing

it's scary..

Don't want to wait and slowly let the program decline

LSU's arse-whippings are not even being covered by the National Media in large part now ... because it's merely an afterthought.

It's not even considered a surprise or shocker.

You'd have to go ALL the way back to 1966 to see a three game stretch where LSU was beaten nearly as bad. Thats 50 Years.

1999 was worse...

31-5 vs Kentucky
31-10 vs Florida
23-22 vs Georgia
41-7 vs Florida

126-44 over a 4 game stretch

And what happened next? Coach was fired.

Well when LSU goes 3-8 fire...

LSU lost 2 games to ranked opponents
Arkansas was a bad loss, Ole Miss and Alabama don't bother me. A&M would

You must have missed the title of this thread. We didn't just lose to 2 ranked opponents. We got whipped. We weren't even competitive. We were manhandled. We weren't prepared.

There's a big difference.

In all 3 games LSU was within a score in the 3rd quarter, that is not "manhandled." The final score is bad but LSU had opportunitis in each of those games after half time, they were not dominated start to finish.

Take the OM fumble away we would have loss 38-10. We were dominated against Arky, and OM, there is no sugar coating it. Just like MSU last year, score was close and had an opportunity to win, but we were dominated

You make a good point. Many people on this board get frustrated even when we win an ugly game against an inferior opponent and there is a group that always say "a win is a win, get over it".

How do those same people defend the last 3 loses? All games that LSU did not look prepared to play.

While true, this is really a stretch. It was 24-0 vs. Ole Miss, and 21-0 vs. Arkansas. LSU came back with a few big plays, and then proceeded to get gashed on defense to put the games away.

1999 was awful though. Deuce McAllister and Joe Gunn running all over us in Tiger Stadium was the low point for me. And no SEC team should lose to Kentucky by 4 TDs. Ever. Even with Tim Couch.

Alabama is the only one that "dominated" LSU.... LSU dominated TOP and churned out more yards vs Ole Miss. To bring up an Ole Miss mistake you might as well bring up LSU's. Would Ole Miss have scored as many without LSU's mistakes?

I don't think it's unprepared. I that that's just you rationalizing the situation.

This team has tangible problems.
