Saban failed at Miami. Bama hired him right after.

Turned 2 mediocre QBs into super bowl winners. One on his way to the hall of fame.

Had a season where he scored no less than 30 points the entire season With the chargers.

He's had a top 5 offense in the NFL 5/10 years.

Just to name a few.

Btw, he never failed in the NFL as a OC. He failed as a HC. He got let go from the raven's bc of a dispute and they went on with the same offense to with the super bowl. Hell, they're giving him a super bowl ring despite him being fired bc they know it was his offense that got them there.

Yes he was fired but the same offense he coached just won the Superbowl-nothing great after he left. If it wasn't for the fact a safety and corner for the Broncos decided to give themselves a self proctology exam on a desperation pass with 30 seconds that any competent college players could have defended, the Ravens would have been watching from the stands!!! But hey, it worked for them. Cam will be great for LSU!!!

Don't think for a second that LSU fans wouldn't do the same thing if UGA, Bama, UF, etc had hired a coach who got fired mid-season

This.

Some people actually think an up-tempo fun and gun offense will win a championship.

Also, he somehow molded Gus Ferrotte into a pro bowl quarterback one year.
