I would love to see him at New Mexico with the Lobos. He would be a great dual-threat QB there who can air it out. Senior QB graduating this year. Thump Boise State and join Nunez.

Banks was a very lightly recruited JUCO. He had like 9 TD to 7 INT passing and 600 some yards rushing. Not particularly good. Scott is way more talented.
