Light Therapy for LSU players
Posted by Langland on 11/3/15 at 12:27 pm025
Should LSU players receive light therapy when there is multiple days without sunlight?
Several days of dreary weather can affect a person's mood, such as sleepiness and fatigue.
I'm just saying I want LSU to be mentally alert for the game and I believe light therapy may help.
The good news is that Alabama will have the same weather during the week, so it will impact both teams equally. I'm predicting a game that looks like the players are in slow motion. I've seen it before, and I believe it was the result of a week or more of overcast dreary days.

Aroma therapy. smell of blood.

Throw some essential oils in too.
Good point.
Cinnamon: The scent of cinnamon can greatly boost brain function, improve mental alertness, and even enhance our memory. Sniffing this potent spice will allow us to reap the benefits of its stimulating properties.
Peppermint: The smell of peppermint is known to improve our cognitive memory. When administered either through the mouth or the nose, the smell can improve our recognition, working memory, and our overall response.
