I was trying to think of a comparable stable and I was hovering around this group.

I don't think there is a comparable one from LSU.

Mark Ingram
Trent Richardson
Eddie Lacy

Darren McFadden
Felix Jones
Peyton HIllis

Is what I tend to think of. Having 5-6 guys may be unparalleled.

The most talent and depth on our roster that I can EVER remember.

That is one of the most talented backfields in college football, but the offensive line has not lived up to the hype. They have been below average.

If the offensive line improves, the running game could be deadly.

God help the SEC if they go from "below average" to "deadly".

Garry James
Dalton Hilliard
Craig Rathjen
Garland Jean Batiste

This crew was pretty darn good in 1983.

2015 might be better.

Let's hope so, because the QB situation might be a lot worse.

Hester was not particularly talented.

Hester was determined. Sometimes, that is better. In 2007, that was better.

You're right, that's all we ask them to do. It led to 5 losses and where did our total offense rank?

2 of those losses came when our defense sucked, another when the fat arse was already out the door.

frick QB talk right now. Our RB's are fricking sick. With the O line class we just had, they are gonna run wild.

Better hurry up and place your bet with Vegas then.
