While parts of this are true and Arkansas was way over-ranked at #3, the offense struggled mightily in that game and only performed well after the special teams and defense made plays.

If by struggled mightily you mean had to punt twice, a fluke fumble and then to start the 2nd quarter they started domination where they put points on the board 6/7 drives (in that other drive there was an INT after 10 plays 68 yards) I guess they struggled.

Also I guess where you missed that 3/3 regular season JJ starts resulted in the 3/4 games that topped 450 all season.

By the way the offense needed a spark from the d and ST all season. Just look at the oregon game for crying out loud. There were only 2 defenses that could stop the run UGA and Bama. Both qbs got a shot against Bama and neither performed well. Unfortunately only one got a shot vs UGA. Just because we sucked on O the last two games (against the only two legit defenses) doesnt mean Miles made the wrong decision to go with JJ (though I was on record saying I wanted to start JL because I thought we were better with both not just one). The last three regular season games have facts that prove that at the very least the difference was negligible.

Maybe one day you can accept that it did. Maybe one day you will realize that the O wasn't any better with Lee in.

Then why was Lee leading the SEC in passing efficiency and we were 8-0 under his starts. OK he had a bad game against Bama but the other guy gave us about 4 first downs against Ga and Bama looking lost and crying-Just saying!!!

After seeing the same shite offense this year like the offense with JJ, I will actually give JJ a small apology (Lee an even smaller one) It is the coach screwing things up and not putting the QB in a good position.

B.S. Lee was the better QB and was not allowed to play - even when needed in the BCS championship. JJ was horrible in his starts towards end of year in 2011. How anyone could even give your reply a thumbs up is beyond me.

Props to the initial post. I believe the reason we do so well on our 1st possession is that it's scripted. Would be nice to have every drive have some some continuity and not so predictable.

Having a QB (similar to JJ) near goal line would be a welcome addition to the LSU offensive attack. Need to beat USCe. Geaux Tigers!
