Led still never lost by 30 or anywhere close to that to Miss State.
From 2009 on Les started running the clock in the first quarter. There was never really enough time for teams to completely destroyed us.

Plus having some of the best defenses in the country helped. We don't have one of those today. How do you think the SECC game or the 1/9 would have worked out in the 2011 season without one of those?

We supposedly did until this past Saturday.

That has zero relevance on today.

they have 1 ranked finish since 2011.

they have finished above 5th in the west twice(one was 4th) since 2011.

they finished above .500 in conf pkay one time since 2011.

its telling when people are trying to prop up Mississippi State in order to give o a pass

Saban left Les a more complete roster than Les left O

miles left more than enough talent to not get raped by a sec bottom dweller.

Nick Saban's first year he lost to UAB.

but he had a resume of success to fall back on.

he had turned the Cleveland Browns into the #1 defense in the nfl and had success at Michigan State coming off probation.

I don't often agree with Rick, but I do on this.

We have enough talent on the roster to not get dominated the way we did.

And assuming we don't have enough talent (but we do), who was Les' recruiting coordinator for the last couple years?

honestly a tough hard fought loss to an experienced MISS STATE team is forgivable considering our youth.

but the team quit on O after halftime.
even o admitted the practices were lethargic. at no point in the history is losing by 30 to miss st acceptable.
you know its not acceptable because its literally the worst loss for lsu in the games history.

this is on O too.

if he sees our defense struggling you call up to the booth and say stop with the hunh 3 and outs.

we did that 3 times Saturday. went hurry up no huddle and had 3 and outs.

however you spin it its on O.

Yet you have bashed Saban on here for not being a good coach at MSU.

But I am in full agreement about how disturbing Saturday night was.... I hope it does not become a trend.....

It's just 1 game against an underrated MSU. CEO has yet to lose to unranked Arkansas teams by 17 points in back-to-back seasons. Losing to MSU by 30 is humiliating, but I think it's fair to reserve judgment, all things considered.

I think all sides can agree to hating Alleva. Love Miles or hate Miles, does anyone think Alleva has done a competent job?

at no point have i ever bashed saban at Michigan state.

you just deem facts about his tenure at michigan state compared to facts about Miles at Oklahoma state as bashing saban.

at no point have i ever called saban anything other than the greatest coach of our generation.

Well I have seen you post his record at Michigan state in more than one occasion in defense of Miles... and add to the fact that trying to defend Miles you constantly bring up those 5 year records between Miles and Saban yet you just said Saban is the greatest coach of our generation....

You seem confused....

But this thread about how bad the situation is right now.... I'll say this again a Miles coached team would NOT have been beaten like that. Not against this MSU team... hell the 2014 MSU team was a way better team than this one and Miles team didn't quit...

yeah those records are called facts and are in no way bashing or defending.
i see the problem youre having. you think when i post those records im saying miles is a better coach. this goes back to our first back and forths.
you'rereading comprehension skills are really some of the worst ive ever seen.

when you tell someone your address are you bashing your address?

yeah im confused on how someone your age doesnt know a fact when he sees it.

the coach that lost those arky games has as many sec west titles as O has career sec wins as a head coach. little difference dont you think?

EVERY Miles thread that comes along you come in guns blazing just waiting for someone to say something negative about him then you go off with your defending him to the death..... that is FACT.....
