After Mike and Mike presented question of Fournette not playing/ attending ?? bowl game Les stated all players should be at last game they play/ attend in college hurt or not hurt and further the NCAA should provide insurance for players risking disabling injury in bowl games.

How can he of all people criticize Fournette the least little bit as Fournette left everything on the field for the LSU Tigers and who was never really given a fair shake at winning the 2017 Heisman in such a run, run, run dominated offense.

Well.... he's right.

As LSU fans, we may not like to hear it but it's the truth.

I don't say this often, but I agree w/ Les.

He struggled w/ a high ankle sprain all year, so I agree w/ him not playing in the bowl game. However, he should have been there for his team! He could have waited 1 week and then signed w/ his agent. His purchase of the $60ish thousand watch shows he just couldn't wait!

Well, LF could've gone to the game but it's not that big of a deal.

The hate for Les Miles needs to stop. He did not say that Fournette should have played if he was hurt. Just the opposite. When Greenberg asked him for his opinion, in a hypothetical situation, the first thing Miles asked him was if the player was hurt. If he's hurt, Miles said he needs to act in his own best interest. He did not throw Fournette under the bus. Period. Good Lord.

He's right. Say wtf you want, but LF should have been at the practices and games for his teammates, period! Anyone saying anything else is simply misguided.
