I noticed Delahoussaye was kicking low in the Wisconsin game and the JS game. He continued against Miss. St. but I figured it was just me and the coaches would correct this. So much for that! He will get more blocked in the near future if this keeps up.

So you saying don't work on it? It can cost you a game and it almost did.
no, I am saying what is written in my post...nothing less and nothing more.
what almost cost us the game is the offense's inability to move the ball after halftime and putting the ball on the ground twice while trying to do so...that is something to spend time working on, imo....

Did miles say we haven't practiced the onside kick?
Posted on 9/21/16 at 9:04 pm to Spankum
The first fumble wasn't a fumble. LF7s knee was CLEARLY on the ground. The second was recovered by LSU and came up as a Failed 4th and 1 attempt. That was a 65 yd drive. We practiced onside kicks EVERYWEEK for 5-10 minutes when I was in high school. No excuse not to run through it once or twice EVERY week. Absolutely no excuse.

Surely they practiced it. I highly doubt it wasnt practiced

the ball came out of his hands. bad call or not, that happened. twice. we score on one of those drives and recover the picture perfect onside kick, and no one is complaining this week. Well, maybe not as many are complaining.

His knee was on the ground for a full second, he had 5 defenders on him and 2 guys ripping the ball as hard as they could pull. I don't count that against him.

I swear lsu gets effed like this every single game. I watched the bama game and the guy was a full 2 yards short when his knee hit and the called it a TD. It went to review and was called back but the point is LSU NEVER gets the benefit of doubt even when playing most inferior teams. Every other big name school gets this benefit and LSU gets shafted. Then you can see Miles on the sidelines saying "good call" "nice call" it's pathetic. What coach even if he knows it's a good call says that? You're basically inviting calls!!! It's nuts
