I do not know if he is trying to build some Bo, Woody or Bear legacy with the outfit but all he is getting out of it is stale jokes. Dude needs to mix it up every game. Put the ring in a box in his office for visitors. His continued use of the same ole outfit only magnifies his unwillingness to change and his mental connection to what worked in the past.

Let me guess. You probably want purple helmets with tiger stripes too.

The motherfricker could coach in his birthday suit, I dont give a frick as long as he changes the offense and fixes our glaring weaknesses NOW

So the "metrosexual" concern about
Miles has been noted.

He could wear a French Maid outfit on the sideline for all I care if he just wins.

I agree, it would signal a new Les Miles. Show he is willing to make changes. A reminder both to himself and to everyone else. New thing should be short sleeves even on the coldest of days.

You realize most TD posters will not get this reference, don't you?

What's wrong with the hat and jacket?

I do agree he shouldn't wear the ring. When have you seen another coach wear it on the sideline during the game? He can wear it on victory hill and during pressers, but not wearing it during the game could be a motivator.

What worked in the past is taking Saban's old team to a National Championship.

How long can a coach ride Saban's coat tails?

About 10 years.

But with Alleva as AD, maybe 11.
