You missed it. Basically just said he likes where his team is right now but they still have a lot of imporving to do. Says he likes how the young DB's are looking and how the chemistry on the offensive side of the ball is coming together espcially with the wide recievers. Said Mettenberger is a big time talent but wouldn't come out and say he was ready to start throwing the ball down the field like most people want just yet. Talked about Tyran Mathieu for about 5 minutes. Les said he spoke to him last week, didn't say about what but that he wishes him the best and that he wants Tyrann to earn his degree and he respects his decison to come back to LSU. Says he could have chosen a much easier path but his decision to come back to LSU shows he wants to finish what he started. He did not close the door on him coming back to the team next year just that it was so far away he hasn't given any thought to it yet. He also touched on the ULM/ Arkansas game, saying that you have to be ready every week or someone unexpected can ruin everything for you. Also talked about the SEC's dominance and equated it to the member institutions footprint in the South and their commitment to having great football teams. Rome said the SEC is here to stay much like most people already knew. I think I covered everything.
