Les Miles wants the crowd to stay

Les,
If you want the crowd to stay for the whole game I highly suggest you bring an exciting team out after halftime. We all know how you are with your play calling when you feel you have the game in the bag. The offense is already vanilla, but after halftime, the offense becomes an insult to the vanilla flavor (I heard that last week). Furthermore...the EYE TEST. Your offense does not pass it. If, for some divine intervention, we run the table, we are going to need to compete with teams that do pass the EYE TEST. The only way to do that is to put points on the board, or at least prove that you can when you want. Look at BAMA. They are not built to put up 40+...but they can do it. Louisville, Houston, Ohio State...they all can do it. Im not saying to run the score up. What I am saying is this.....PLAY THE GAME, NOT THE SCORE (Something Saban used to say).

tiger fans have been leaving games early for years now. it has nothing to do with the offense.

You should've stayed and watched the second half. It's pretty evident that you were one of many who left the game during the halftime show.

You must not have stayed to watch the 2nd half this weekend. If so, you wouldn't have posted such an uninformed post.

What the hell does this have to do with half the fans in the stand leaving with a SEC west game in doubt. Helm people leave no matter what the game is like . No excuses for the fans to be leaving during a competitive game , period!

Many players are getting frustrated and asking fans to stay. This is coming from retweets of media following players. It is what it is, but when I watch games out here in Cali, it's damn near embarrassing to see what it's become.

there's always a contingent that has to leave - people with kids, those that have to get to bed by a certain time. you figure 10 to 15 thousand.
not half. it is embarrassing, but i'm not going to criticize anybody. they paid for the damn tickets, not me. I still don't understand why they spend that kind of money and don't care to actually watch the game.

You fricks left at halftime. How would you know how the offence played after it (btw, they played aggressively)?

Your drivel contains not one coherent thought.
Example:
What the frick does this even mean?
If we run the table we are absolutely in the Tournament.
So do you want us to score 40+ or play the game? Make up your mind.

Les Miles wants the crowd to stay
Tell Les to address game day egress. The main complaint I hear when I go is "We waited for x hours to get out" or "it took us x hours to get to where yall were". Fans want 100K+ in their stadiums...they just don't want to deal with the 100K+ outside the stadiums. Folks are just less patient these days.

The powers that be should lock the fricking gates and keep the inmates in the asylum until the final gun.

Why wouldn't he?
This thread is dumb.

LSU has outscored its opponents in the second half by MORE than they've outscored them in the first half every season since 2011 and cumulatively since Miles has arrived.

last drive of the half had some terrible clock management and questionable play calls. Yeh I get it we got a FG but the fans I talked to thought we wasted (got too conservative) an opportunity to put a td on the board. We never hurried up in getting plays off that drive, except for running the same exact running play with LF. It was a great opportunity to allow DE to run a hurried up offense while leading 20-3 and a good time to go for a kill shot before half.
