Joe is a snake. It was time for miles to go but instead of being a man in he situation he completely botched the whole process across 2 1/2 seasons and torched the relationship with the most prominent coach in LSU history

Alleva was going to fire Les and Alexander stepped in and stopped him. Les has already said so.

Idk if you have heard Les’ podcast yet but he talks about what happened the day he was let go. At no point did he mention Joe Alleva’s name simply “The Athletic Director”

I miss Les. He had the coach speak and such but he was an alright dude.
He wasn't going to beat Saban but he won a lot of games and played for two NC. Won one.

I agree. You can knock him for the on the field gaffes (rightfully so). But the man knew how to run a program and never threw a player or an assistant coach under the bus
