To keep the players from being over-worked in the offseason. They can organize their own drills and 7 on 7's but the coaches can't be involved.

Yeah. That's the first thing I thought--he wouldn't be able to say he actually saw Harris because coaches overseeing practice is a "no-no" in the summer; unless you're Rich Rod.

But I'm sure that he's well informed of what's going on.
