Why is it that someone punching another person shouldn't be charged? When that other person probably is pressing charges...honest question. I haven't heard every detail since the initial break on this story.

if this case is like most cases she should be charged a misdemeanor for driving him crazy !

He was accuser of punching a girl, but apparently there were plenty of witnesses at the scene to speak to the contrary
