Is my opinion petty because your opinion is different. I do not hate Miles. He is a good recruiter, organizer, and a fair tactician.

He also has weaknesses, game/time management, totally predictable offense, and a reactionary approach which causes him to not fully utilize the talents of his best players.

Does Les Miles really need to call Eric Reids little brother worthless, despicable?

Miles is right. If LSU doesn't have the facilities or the ability to place players in NFL you can not blame a player for leaving but since they do, the hell with them.

You really botched the punctuation here (particularly the parenthesis). Way to make that difficult to look at.

You are wrong about that pal, I have never done that. I wouldn't post it if I didn't think I felt good about it. Apparently somebody agrees with the post.

Geesh...Not every 17 year old in state is going to want to play for LSU and Miles.

And for the ones that don't, do you think we should lament their decision to move elsewhere, or say "the hell with them" and move on to someone who wants to be here?

But I don't actually think that he is pissed or wishes bad careers for a player like Reid, who chose Stanford...

No he just thinks everybody who doesn't want to play for him can go to hell.

Such a classy sentiment from our "man of character" coach.

Which do you think is more likely

1) Miles truly wishes that the younger brother of one of his former players should go to hell because he chose a Stanford education over playing for the in-state school.

OR

2) Miles was feeding the crowd at the recruiting bash following a Top 5 National Recruiting finish after starting the day outside the Top 15.

I have an odd feelinf you dont give les a lot of leg room on any subject. Because the way you're acting over a throw away comment is fairly bitchy and just looking for anything as ammunition.
I sure hope you never use a throw awaY line. i know when friends are joking around and ribbing each other a playful f u or screw you can be thrown back jn laughter...but imagine now how your friends feel that you want them fricked.

Oh literal guy

2 but it's still stupid and it's ridiculous of y'all to not acknowledge that

It would be stupid for a recruit to say that publicly about other recruits. The head coach....come on man.

I realize this sounds like I think it's a big deal, but I know it's not a big deal. It's just Miles being Miles. This isn't as bad as publicly questioning Gunners character for no good reason.
