I think Miles and Stallings's have a lot in common. Both really good people and coaches. Both won a national championship and had a couple down years. Both have the powers that be and fans wanting them fired. I hope LSU doesn't suffer the same result Bama did after firing Stallings. They were insignificant in the college football landscape for 10 years after they fired him. Moral is .... Be careful what you wish for.

Be careful for wishing for more than 2 bowl wins in 6 years? Is this really that great?

There is a bad trend right now..

Why are we being compared to USC, TENN, TEXAS, and now Bama..

We went through a coaching change while still talented and we already proved we can do it with success.. What you don't want to do is WAIT too long. Perhaps those programs were already on the downswing any ways. We still have the talent now to make the transition even easier.

Miles has been great, but he wasn't a tremendous coach coming here.. He was given a tremendous program and he gets credit for maintaining it, but we aren't any where near where we should be. Look at the amount of talent LSU is putting into the NFL..

sanctions definitely don't help

that was a huge reason for USC collapse

LSU should make the change sooner than later, because they are still at the top.

You have to realize.. Miles time is coming to an end regardless. He may have health issues. Who knows.. but at some point we have to go another direction any ways.

Miles has averaged 10 wins a year even if he loses the next 2 games.
