Shocking, I say.
Lange is the truth.

Lange improved his LSU career record to 13-0 as he defeated Cincinnati on Saturday in his 2016 season debut. Lange worked 6.2 shutout innings, allowing just one hit with three walks and nine strikeouts in the Tigers’ 4-0 win.
Cincinnati’s only hit against Lange was a single, as he limited the Bearcats to a .048 batting average in the contest and did not allow a base runner to advance beyond second base. Lange retired 10 consecutive hitters, beginning with the fourth inning through the first out of the seventh inning.
Lange is 13-0 in two seasons at LSU with a 1.86 ERA in 120.2 innings.
Shocking, I say.
Lange is the truth.

"Clubber" Lange stares down batters and thinks... dead meat

What I enjoy most when Lange is on the mound, is when he gets in a jam and has base runners, he gets better.

Agree. The man sitting behind me kept saying how he was so "off" and wasn't ever going to be successful if he couldn't get the curveball over the plate. He proceeded to strikeout the next 4 guys on a 57 foot curve. Love his confidence, humility and light heartedness as well. Quality young man and pitcher. I love Nola and Gausman, but Lange might end up being better than them all. That's saying a whole lot! Also to note BAs pick for pitcher of the year got beat this weekend by Bama! Not a single one of them picked Lange, that'd absurd to me.

Nola will be tough. It felt like that guy didn't throw a ball in 3 years

Haha seriously! Curious to see his numbers over 25-32 starts this year.

Could you imagine Gausman, Nola, and Lange as our Fri. Sat. Sun. Starters!

Thought you were talking Lange not Nola. That's the third time today I've misread a post. I'm blaming the weather.

There was just special something about Nola that made him enjoyable to watch.
Always smooth, in the groove, and seemed like nothing rattled him.
My bad on the downvote.

Great honor for Lange.
It is satisfying to know that baseball's All American consistently lives up to his hype.
