The locker room was going to be there, flooding or not. Given recent events in Louisiana, Packers officials have simply been keeping in contact with LSU officials to ensure all needs are met.

The Packers don't have second locker room at thier training facility, this is thier only locker room. They're away Thursday night for the final preason game which means they'll probably have Friday off and be using the locker room for practice/prep for week 1 on Saturday and Sunday.

There will be dry rotted hoses outside they can use to rinse off, and 5 gallon buckets in all four corners of the room for them to use the bathroom.

This is exactly correct. Packers practice facility is across the street at the Don Hutson center, but it doesn't have locker rooms, so they use their home lockers at lambeau for both practice and games. It is a local tradition for kids to lend their bikes to Packers players to ride the block to the practice facility from lambeau. With Packers most likely having practice Saturday and cutting roster, the home team locker room will be occupied. Thus wisconsin will be in the visiting locker room and LSU in the make shift locker room.
