lack of sense of urgency

Watching the Brother Martin - Catholic playoff game; both teams display more sense of urgency than LSU's offense. I'm referring to the Arky game, 11 minutes left (an eternity for MOST offenses), and LSU's offense being penalized twice, players standing around, looking at the sidelines, the clock she's going tick, tick, tick. A pattern w/ Les Miles' offenses, over the years.
