Lack of cash parking at Highland/Dalrymple

8am, 20+ spots still open along tower drive and parade ground, parking crew gone, cops only taking permits. Had to go all the way to south stadium entrance to get to 100 feet from highland/dalrymple.

Like I said, it was fine. I went down to South Stadium entrance, but this was the first time they've abandoned the area with so many open spots still.

Just messing but Is it possible that they sell a certain number of passes for that area and they sold out?
