LSU isn't 8th in RPI YET, we are still sitting at 10th. A win today should get us to 8th. It sounds like he's starting to feel like a lot of people here already feel, and that's LSU has a legitimate argument for a national seed even with a loss and a win all but guarantees it.

Yep
I didn't initially think this, but I now think it's done.. LSU and OSU are getting the national seeds regardless of today's outcomes IMO.
Of course an LSU win an rice loss would make us all feel more confident.

Just last week I was laughing that LSU might draw a #2 spot in someone else's regional. I could only imagine how the host team would wonder what they did in life to deserve that.

There is one poster on here who has been predicting LSU will be the #2 seed in the ULLLL regional.
