Our own Marcus Spears had this humbling fact...Since 2012 LSU is 25-16 or a 61% winning percentage. As he said, we are mediocre or average and it doesnt look very promising in the near future with Orgeron leading the way.

What hurts even more is, LSU has put the most players in the NFL over that time span!

Simply amazing that LSU has all this NFL talent and cannot stay at the Top.
Nothing short of bad coaching at the Top

And he wanted to hire a guy with a .233 SEC winning percentage to fix it. Good idea!

No doubt he said this! I saw it myself. He also said we as a fan base needs to accept that this is where we are. I would have never thought that LSU would be average or middle of the pack like he said. Always expected us to be up there with the best. Times have changed.

We wanted Jimbo; he used us for a contract extension. We wanted Tom Herman; he leveraged our offer to get more from Texas. We wanted Justin Fuente; he chose VaTech. We wanted PJ Fleck; he chose Minnesota. etc.

NO ONE WANTED THIS JOB EXCEPT THE CRAZY COON arse!! Everyone seems to forget that he did a pretty damn good job as an interim using a washed up TE coach as an offensive coordinator. Just like Spears said earlier today; LSU fans need to wake up and realize we are a mediocre football team; the "Golden Years" are behind us.

It takes more than five great players in a given year to produce a great team. For instance, one of our CB's is supposed to be containing the perimeter on a given play and instead goes inside and they bounce it to the outside for a big gain. Or one of our receivers drops a touchdown pass. It just takes one player not doing his job to mess up a play. The four or five potential NFL players doing their job is irrelevant if they are not the focus of the play. And this team is looking like maybe two future NFL players.

Jimbo reportedly gave us a price tag and we said no.

Herman didn't get a big deal from a texas because we pulled out before they even flirted with him.

Fuentes was at VaTech a full year before we had an opening and byball reports was never contacted.

Fleck wasn't even approached by Minnesota until after Onwas hired. by all reports, never contacted by LSU.

This is were the campaigning for the job and O hiring Derek Panamski for O the Job. Yaw Yaw saw that Johnnie Jones simply got hired because the alumni put pressure on Alleva to do so. Panamski was the one who was in charge on getting the former players involved with coming to practice, tiger walk etc to get them on board
