Just Got back from the Spring Game

Cowboy Mouth put on a good performance.
My kids "won" koozies, a frizbee and other promotional crap outside before the game and a my name was called during the game and I won a gift card from one of the game sponsors
QBs looked weak, the rain came and we left at halftime.
It was another fun Saturday night in Death Valley. Looking forward to the season.

When the bad weather came, couldn't they have just said "Ok, it's halftime. We'll resume play in 45 minutes."? People driving in from New Orleans or further are probably ticked that they only say about half a game.

Thanks to BRPD not being available at the lights tonight, it was a clusterfrick getting out of there. Waited over an hour in line and that wasn't even a half stadium attended

The scrimmage was cancelled before halftime. So basically you left before the lightning delay/cancellation with 4 minutes left in the half. I'm going to say you left after the first "quarter."
Side note: defense looks great, offense looks like they are learning a new scheme. Was worried about the offensive line but once the second team got a rhythm I felt better about the back ups. Campbell is a beast. Defensively I feel like Delpit is an Adams clone. I'm going to reserve judgment about the offense until after the summer. Probably not the easiest thing to install with qbs who were taught a lot of f*ckery

I debated driving in from Houston but the forecast scared me off. Would of sucked to drive 5 plus hours to watch half a game.

I'm definitely glad you enjoyed your day, but I can't say I agree with your statement. Cowboy Mouth is trash and probably the worst band I've ever seen perform.
