Don't know if allowed but this article about Cam and how coaching decisions are made is pretty good reading.

Very good read. I read it on DD. CC's ravens O was always in the top half of the NFL! Think of what he will do on the college level !

A lot of their scoring came from defensive turnovers! though the Chargers consistently posted 14-2 & 13-3 records they could never win the big game, conference championship! You guys will be calling for this characters head shortly! I give it three seasons maybe even four!
I rely don't feel good about this hire...I will sit back and watch tho!!

People like to conveniently forget that Joe Flacco was a rookie out of Delaware and started from game one as a rookie. Yes, there were growing pains but he was developed very similarly to Drew Brees and Philip Rivers.
People can blame Cam if they wish, and conveniently forget that they went to the AFC title game three times in five years and won a boat load of games, but maybe with another coordinator Flacco doesn't develop at all and becomes yet another quarterback that never makes it at all.

Drew Brees said that Cam Cameron was a big part of his success and helped him become the QB he is today. I think I will wait and see.

This is exactly what I have been saying to certain negatigers who else would you have hired.
Someone with a ton of Offensive production at the pro level coming down to college to help develop and enhance our pro style offense. Sounds like a no brainer.
And I am very glad he is close to Miles, helps with chemistry on the staff and trust factor that Miles will leave more of it in Cams hands.

I think this is being overstated by a lot of people because they won the Super Bowl. At the very least, his stats don't support this supposed change in performance.

this is not an issue of offensive scheme, its an issue of offensive PLAY CALLING...we needed to hire someone with the ability to call plays with fluidity

You know, if I was watching a New England game, I could call "pass to Welker" every time and be right 33% of the time. Or I could guess "pass to the tight end" and be right 50%.
