highly unlikely that his probation will be revoked at this point or at a later time merely due to a misdemeanor charge

That was the case from the start---a misdemeanor.

A judge is not revoking probation given for a misdemeanor offense that took place in 2010 due to another misdemeanor charge in 2013.

That's why all this going to jail chatter was BS and an overreaction, but that's what the emotionally charged crowd always do....overreact.

Anyway, good luck to Mr. Hill. I hope he is afforded all of his rights and has a defense counsel that is vigorous in support of his position.

What about night games. Will he have to leave at halftime to be home by 9:00pm.

What about if the games In a different time zone does he go by CST or their time zone.

Glad he may be able to come back

I have had two people ask about the night games relative to his curfew.

I'm pretty sure that if he is with the team and in particular with Les Miles, he is good to go for a night game!

let's remember what the curfew represents...

Hopefully Mr. Hill is a good person and the judge can see this. I hope this turns out to be a positive life learning experience for him. So I guess in his head he's either saying "Whew, I dodged another bullet" or he's trying to figure out why he keeps endangering a successful and lucrative NFL career. I sure hope it's the latter. Only Mr. Hill knows for sure.

This is a non-issue. Usually he dominates the first half and is benched for the 2nd half anyway.

I wouldn't label them as hell bent in seeking a probation revocation. This is a standard request in this situation. As discussed already, doesn't mean any motion or request will be granted.

Link? But seriously, no, the charges have not been dropped (yet).

Hopefully, the prosecutors will use their discretion and not seek to revoke his probation. :fingerscrossed

I'd imagine the curfew is conditional. People wouldn't exactly not know where he is.

Jeremy should have punched the judge. That would have learned her. I can't believe she has not already been brought before the state legislature, which is currently in session. They can still impeach her for wreckless endangerment of the LSU football season.

They should have arrested the guy who was knocked unconscious for endangering Hill's ball carrying hand.
