Just talked to his cousin the curfew will last until the season starts. But they may extend it through the season.

The curfew runs until Jan. 2014.

His lawyer could file motion for exceptions for games, travel, etc.

I imagine the special circumstances regarding him will be taken into consideration for 12-14 days this fall and winter.

Not so fast....... His probation could STILL be revoked and he could STILL go to jail......

Not sure how things done in La., but probation is NOT revoked for a misdemeanor offense.

Extended or new terms added: Community service, counseling etc... but he won't have probation revoked.

If it does extend into the season I think an exception is made since it would be an official school event and he would be under close supervision (~100k people supervising, roughly ). Just has to go straight home afterwards.

Otherwise that would be weird as hell seeing a player have to go home in the 4th quarter I could see teams trying to slow down the game in order to get him out sooner

I hope this is the life changing moment that makes him a better person.

Now, let's see what Leslie and Moffit have in store for him.

Punishment fits the crime, hopefully he doesn't continue on the Dark Side path.

This is good news for Jeremy Hill. I expect Hill will not be found guilty of breaking his probation.

If Hill obeys his curfew order, Miles will probably lift suspension.

Hill has to know the next major violation will be strike three, and he will go the way of the Honey Badger.

Doubt he gets any jail time... Due to this being a lesser charge than his first one... He could've been a convicted sex offender on his first one... And he'll probably wear some type of monitoring system on his ankle to monitor his whereabouts...

Does anyone think he will not sneak out after 9:00 pm? I think he will. Our worries are not over.

If that is the way y'all deal with it in La., good on ya.

if he lived in alabama, he wouldn't have been in trouble for getting a blowjob from a freshman when he was a senior in highschool.
