Jordan Rodgers Confirms Harris has the Best Arm in College

Former pro QB Jordan Rodgers little brother of Aaron Rodgers was in attendance at the Manning Passing Academy and had this to say about Harris's claim about having the best arm and best team in college football.
So many are taking what Phil Savage said earlier about Harris struggling as the gospel truth. Here is some insight from someone who also attended the Manning Passing Academy.

How many points is having the strongest arm worth?
I think most would agree Harris' lack of touch is his issue, not his arm strength.
