Jordan Mickey starting for Celtics summer league Team

On NBA TV channel 156 for dish

First half over . In 13 minutes Mickey has 8 pts on 4-4 shooting 2 Reb. 4 fouls :( . You can't block them all big dog, but nice touch around the rim.

Without watching you have to like the stat line... Though teams are gonna want more than 4 rebounds from him. His rebounding ability has to be a plus not a negative for him to make it in the NBA.

Like alot of early enrollees, he's going to learn better preparation and receive MUCH better coaching in one summer than he would have an entire season by staying in college.

I am not too worried about that. Rebounding is very much a team effort and the lineup the Jazz threw out there was huge. Guards were 6'6" and 6'8" vs 6'1" (you know that means 5'11" ) and 6'4". And the Jazz also had a few bruisers inside.

Any team would be in trouble if Mickey is the starting center at this level. I am going to have to see more, especially with him in there as a forward.
