Did Malik Morgan end up transferring or is he still on the team?

It's no different than Oak Hill, Monteverde, or Findlay Prep.

I think Oak Hill and Montverde are legit. Findlay is a bit shaky. Best I can tell, it's just a basketball team. It shares a campus with a K-8 private school.

Oak Hill and Montverde appear to offer legitimate coursework and appear to have significant student bodies outside of athletics (or, at least, outside of basketball).

Good to hear. Hopefully, Mickey's situation gets cleared up. This would be a big loss for LSU.

Hopefully this ends up like Shabazz's suspension last year.

Im honestly not worried about this. They will be eligible soon enough, the NCAA isn't going to punish these kids if they were really misled. That would look horrific on the NCAA's part.

I didn't realize Deion replied to my tweet earlier.

Apparently I'm not the only one that said something to him.

I find it extraordinarily difficult to believe that a top prospect in the nation was not getting every counseling resource available. Further, I find it even less plausible that the counseling was deficient and inept to the point where they couldn't get a player NCAA qualified. Super unlikely on both accounts.

Prime Prep barely has an established administrative team, the only reason they receive accreditation is that they import most of their curriculum from online programs. The school was built for athletics, not academics. Yet even when they appealed to their district several times for eligibility they couldn't even produce a AD with any educational experience.
