Some say it's his "coaching style" and he wants them to learn from their mistakes. Well obviously that doesn't work and it is time to learn a new coaching style

I believe he once said he wants the team to be able to play smart in the event we don't have a timeout left to save them....... I just can't see that ever being the case. We ALWAYS have a timeout

Phil Jackson is the same way. Except he had teams with Jordan, Pippen, Shaquille, Kobe, etc...
