What exactly were people expecting this year? I understand the frustration with Jones and maybe he deserves to be fired after the season is over, but what good is done by firing him right now? It's not like LSU is a destination job like in football. And we all saw what that got us by firing Miles four games in. We just moved someone on staff up. We went after Herman and Fisher for a week and a half then just went with O. And I like O, but that process was the shittiest process ever (at least it appears so from the outside). Why wouldn't you expect more of the same? Just let the season play out.

Get back to us after Jones finishes this season's entire conference schedule.

He was done after what happened last year. SOME irrational people thought this "Team" might be better for whatever reason, but the writing was on the wall this was going to be a mediocre team at best...with Victor kicked off now they've just given up. Not a good look for Johnny to get his brains beat in twice a week every week now. By some mediocre teams at that like Bama, aTm, MSU and Wake.

If we had a decent AD, get a head start on coaching search. Also, the team is lost already if you haven't been paying attetion, they have flat out quit.

Jones couldn't be an assistant on John Brady's staff. Embarrassing.

As a season ticket holder I won't attend another game this year.

Keep Johnny around through this season. I want to watch him crash this program down in flames so no one can doubt what a frick up if a coach Joe Alleva hired.

Who cares any more? Joe doesn't care about building a basketball program that we can all be proud of.
No one is going to offer a decent upcoming basketball coach a competitive salary in line with other blue blood programs. People say we are a football school so we can't have a respectable coach and program where basketball is concerned.

Butler did it. Florida did it. Recruits go to Duke and North Carolina because of the coaches. Hire a goddamn coach at LSU and the fans will return. Damn..stop talking about Dale fricking Brown. fricking 30-35 years ago. Put the money up and stop hiring lame coaches. Get serious or shut down the program !

we are getting exactly what I expected. A terribly coached team by a coach way in over his head

I know you can't be serious? We just got rid of one coach that had a high winning percentage but lacked ability to coach players to their potential and I for one don't won't to have a repeat

We hired a middling coach from a bad conference and we're getting what we paid for. His love for LSU apparently couldn't overcome his complete lacking in basically everything else.

What stupid shite? These are official records, not my opinion. I'm not backing Jones I'm just saying what we've had the last 3 years is a microcosm of LSU basketball historically.

Jones is pathetic and I would take Brady over him all day. At least Brady chewed out his players when they sucked.
